No Drop-off or Pick-ups on Holidays - New Years Eve, New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. Your pet will need to be dropped off or picked up before or after the Holiday.

Late Pickup Policy:

Pickup Time: All pets must be picked up by 8:00 PM on the scheduled day of service. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unable to pick up your pet by this time, they will need to stay overnight at our facility.

Boarding Fee: If your pet is not picked up by 8:00 PM, a boarding fee will be incurred for that night and the following day. This fee covers the cost of caring for your pet until they can be picked up the next day. The boarding fee is based upon weight and can be found in the current boarding price per night.

Next Day Pickup: Pets staying overnight must be picked up the following day between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Food Charge: If your pet runs out of food while in our care, a $15 food charge will be applied for a single dog. This ensures your pet continues to receive proper nutrition during their stay with us.
